導(dǎo)致基面含水量過高的原因有兩個(gè)，一是建筑本身沒有配備防水層，一旦進(jìn)行改建就會(huì)出現(xiàn)含水量過高的問題。

另一個(gè)方面是在基面完工后，地面沒有干透，或者是涂裝的防水層已經(jīng)失效，導(dǎo)致基面的含水量過高。

3、專業(yè)基面防水層
